Each truffle is dog found ensuring that every one is fragrant and ripe. Our Oregon White Truffles (tuber gibbosum; tuber oregonense) are foraged on private forest land and a percentage of the sales goes back to the landowner to reinvest in their trees. All orders come with a foragers certificate. The whites are excellent for savory applications and can be used to infuse prior to shaving onto dishes multiplying the value.
